Ana Esteban Maluenda has attended ‘Distance Looks Back’, a thematic conference of the European Architectural History Network, held in conjunction with the 36th annual conference of the Society of Architectural Historians, Australia and New Zealand. Held in Sydney between July 10 and 13, the conference. The conference brought together European, Australian, American and Asian researchers who have discussed the concept of distance.
Ana Esteban Maluenda has presented the paper ‘When distance matters. Australian modern architecture seen through European journals (1945-1975)’ in a round table chair by Macarena de la Vega de León, a result of this research project.
